PT Faculty>Dues Join the Faculty Federation and let your voice be heard Not a member? Sign up today. We need part-time members in our union to make sure that our issues get the attention and priority they deserve. These issues include access to group health insurance, pay raises for parity and equity with our full-time colleagues, and job security. Our large part-time membership shows the administration that you support the union and its efforts. Members complete surveys, provide feedback
and suggestions, and vote on our upcoming contract. Only members’ dues
may go to our efforts in the state legislature for PERS eligibility, unemployment
insurance, and access to group health insurance. Part-Time

All employees in our bargaining unit pay full dues by default. Dues go toward bargaining, grievances, contract administration, and expenses related to political actiivities. Fair share payers may request a reduction of dues that go toward political expenses by sending a letter to: PCCFFAP
