Fair-share payers may receive a reduction of 20.57% from the above dues rates.

All employees in our bargaining unit pay full dues by default. Dues go toward bargaining, grievances,
contract administration, and expenses related to political actiivities. Fair share payers may request a
reduction of dues that go toward political expenses by sending a letter to:
