The Faculty Federation will waive all objections to the College's inclusion
of Faculty and Academic Professionals in the PCC "CASH", suggestions
award program, provided that:
All persons in the bargaining unit are eligible to participate in the
program, and
No awards will be granted under the program for ideas that result in the
reduction of bargaining unit faculty or staff.
